Chris Cesnak, PFT
Chris Cesnak is the owner of Summit County Adventure Boot Camp, and has several years of experience working in the fitness industry. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has been certified through the NSCA as a certified strength and conditioning specialist, allowing him to work with many High School and College Athletes. He currently holds a certification through NESTA as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Adventure Boot Camp Instructor.
Most of his life has revolved around sports and exercise, and living a fit and healthy lifestyle has been a passion of his for a very long time. Over the last few years he has taken that passion and dedicated himself to reaching out and helping others that want the same. His involvement with Adventure Boot Camp began back 2008, where he lead camps in Columbus, Ohio. Since 2010, he has been the owner of Summit County Adventure Boot Camp, where he has worked with many to achieve results that they never thought were possible, and has also taught them how to maintain those results through exercise, nutrition and leading an active healthy lifestyle.
He is extremely excited about the opportunity to introduce this unique experience to the women of this area, and help them get a jumpstart on their health and fitness goals.

Dr. John Spencer Ellis
Each week, over one million people enjoy a fitness program created by John Spencer Ellis. He is the CEO of NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association), and the Spencer Institute for Life Coaching. John is also the CEO of the Get America Fit Foundation, VP of Business Development for MyNutritionStore.com, and on the Advisory Boards of the National Health, Wellness and Prevention Congress, Exercise TV, Super Mommies, Select Comfort (Sleep Number Bed), Irvine Valley College, Life & Leisure Television and Health Journal Television. He held the post of Fitness Editor for OC Flair magazine, and has been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, FOX, FOX Sports, FOX Reality, SPIKE, ESPN & BRAVO. He hosts The Fit Show, PersonalTrainerTV.com, The OC Body and The Spencer Power Hour radio show. John is the Master of Ceremonies for the Ms. Fitness U.S.A and World pageants. He stars in the workout DVDs Playground Boot Camp & Kung-Fu Fitness , created fitness programs used by Cirque du Soleil and the U.S. Secret Service, and consults the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships). John was recently nominated for induction to the Fitness Hall of Fame.
John holds bachelors degrees in business and health science, an MBA, and a doctorate in education. He also completed doctoral level studies in naturopathy. He has fifteen certifications including massage therapy, plyometrics, self-defense, fitness kick boxing, fitness boxing, water fitness, exercise rehabilitation, golf conditioning, Pilates, personal training, clinical hypnotherapy, sports hypnosis, PACE circuit training and yoga. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon, and finished 5th at the U.S. National Biathlon Championships. His medical training includes a license in radiological technology, a medical assisting certification, and training in McKenzie rehabilitation. John was nominated for the California Community College Distinguished Alumni Award.

She was the lead fitness expert for eDiets and eFitness from 2000 – 2003 and remains a guest columnist.
Kelli is the International Master Trainer for Adventure Boot Camp and prepares qualified candidates to become Adventure Boot Camp Coaches. Calabrese has been a spokesperson, consultant, advisor or expert for clients such as The American Council on Exercise, NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Training Association), the National Board of Fitness Examiners, Athletic Baby, The Aerobic & Fitness Association of America, National Board of Fitness Examiners, Smuckers, Kellogg, Glaxo Smith Klein, The Watermelon Council and Quaker Oats.
